In the event Franchisee requests that Franchisor provide any type of assistance or training on-site at the Franchised Business, then Franchisee may be required to pay Franchisor's then-current training tuition fee in connection with such training (in addition to reimbursing Franchisor for any costs/expenses that Franchisor's personnel incurs in connection with providing such assistance).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests on-site assistance or training at their franchised business, they may be required to pay Spray Net's then-current training tuition fee. In addition to the tuition fee, the franchisee must also reimburse Spray Net for any costs or expenses that Spray Net's personnel incur while providing the assistance.
This means that while Spray Net may offer on-site support, it is not necessarily a free service. Franchisees need to be prepared to cover both the training tuition fee and any associated expenses for the personnel providing the assistance. This could include travel, lodging, and per diem costs for the Spray Net staff.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the current training tuition fee and the typical expenses associated with on-site assistance to fully understand the potential costs. This information will help them budget accordingly and determine if on-site support is a financially viable option when needed. Understanding these costs upfront is crucial for making informed decisions about seeking additional support from Spray Net.
