- Training Pre-Conditions; Acknowledgement of Completion. The parties agree and acknowledge that: (i) Franchisee must satisfy the training pre-conditions found in Section 6(N) of this Agreement (the "Training Pre-Conditions") before Franchisee or any of its personnel can attend any portion of the Initial Training Program that is provided at Franchisor's headquarters, Franchisee's Premises and/or other designated training facility; and (ii) upon completion of the Initial Training Program and/or any appropriate components thereof, Franchisee or the individual that completed such training may be required to sign an acknowledgement that it received such training from Franchisor consistent with this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon completing the Initial Training Program, a franchisee or the individual who completed the training may be required to sign an acknowledgement confirming they received the training from Spray Net, consistent with the Franchise Agreement.
Before attending any portion of the Initial Training Program at Spray Net's headquarters, the franchisee must meet specific pre-conditions. These pre-conditions are detailed in Section 6(N) of the Franchise Agreement.
These pre-conditions include payment of the Initial Training Fee and submission of the franchisee's Initial Marketing Investment, which ranges from $20,000 to $40,000, as outlined in Section 9 of the agreement. Additionally, franchisees must establish a Payment Account as described in Section 4(B), obtain all required insurance coverages, and provide completed copies of all agreements and contracts attached as exhibits to the agreement.
