The Fund may be used for advertising materials/campaigns in printed materials or on radio or television for local, regional or national circulation, internet regional or national advertising, as we deem appropriate in our discretion. We and/or a regional or national advertising agency may be used to produce all advertising and marketing. (Franchise Agreement, Section 9(E)).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Development Fund can be used for advertising materials or campaigns in printed materials, radio, or television. These materials can be used for local, regional, or national circulation, as well as internet advertising, as Spray Net deems appropriate. Spray Net also has sole control over the creative concepts, materials, and endorsements used, including their geographic, market, and media placement and allocation.

Spray Net will administer and use the fund to cover costs related to advertising, marketing, public relations, and promotional programs and materials. This includes preparing and producing video, audio, and written materials and electronic media. The fund can also be used for website maintenance and development, internet advertising, and administering regional and multi-regional marketing and advertising programs.

Spray Net may use a regional or national advertising agency to produce all advertising and marketing. The Franchise Agreement states that all advertising and promotion used in connection with the franchised business must be approved by Spray Net and conform to their specified standards and requirements. Franchisees may also be required to participate in certain promotions and advertising programs established by Spray Net as an integral part of the system, provided these activities do not contravene regulations and laws of appropriate governmental authorities.
