What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Base Territory generally consists of a geographic area that includes approximately 75,000 qualified single-family households. These households must have an annual income exceeding $60,000 to be considered a "Qualified Single-Family Household."

Spray Net determines the number of these qualified households in the aggregate, using raw data without specific regard to demographics or age. This means the calculation is based purely on the total count of households meeting the income criteria within the designated area.

Prospective Spray Net franchisees should understand that the size and scope of territories can vary based on local factors and market conditions. Franchisees also have the option to increase the size of their territory by purchasing additional Qualified Single-Family Households or Additional Territories, subject to Spray Net's approval and payment of additional fees as outlined in Item 5 of the FDD. Each additional territory also includes approximately 75,000 Qualified Single-Family Households.
