Please note that our standard franchise offering assumes and expects that you will: (i) focus your initial operations on the provision of the Approved Services that all System franchisees may and must offer and provide as part of their Franchised Business;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the amounts paid in connection with the initial investment are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Spray Net or the applicable payee. However, there are some exceptions regarding the Initial Franchise Fee.
If a prospective Spray Net franchisee does not complete the initial training program to Spray Net's satisfaction, Spray Net may terminate the franchise agreement and return the Initial Franchise Fee and 50% of the Training Fee, provided the franchisee signs a release and confidentiality agreement. Conversely, the FDD states that the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable if the franchisee withdraws from or does not complete the initial training program.
