Spray Net requires prospective franchisees to sign and return a receipt acknowledging they received the FDD. This receipt serves as proof that the franchisor has met its legal obligation to provide the disclosure document within the mandated timeframe. The FDD must be provided to the franchisee at least 14 calendar days before signing a binding agreement or making a payment.
