What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, Southern Steer is not required to periodically visit and review a franchisee's Southern Steer Business. However, Southern Steer may choose to do so.

While not obligated, Southern Steer retains the right to inspect the Southern Steer Business. Southern Steer or its representatives can enter and inspect the premises without prior notice. During these inspections, Southern Steer is allowed to interview employees and customers, take photos and videos of the location's interior and exterior, examine samples of products, and evaluate the quality of products and services.

This discretionary right allows Southern Steer to maintain quality control and brand standards across all franchise locations. For a potential franchisee, this means that while regular visits are not guaranteed, they should be prepared for unannounced inspections to ensure compliance with Southern Steer's operational standards. Maintaining open communication and adhering to brand guidelines will be essential for a successful partnership with Southern Steer.
