- 30.44. Website. "Website" means the website page Franchisor licenses to Franchisee for use in identifying Franchisee's Southern Steer Business on the Internet.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's Required Opening Date is specified in Attachment A of the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must open their Southern Steer business to the general public and commence operations by this date. Attachment A is part of the franchise agreement between Southern Steer Franchising International, LLC and the franchisee.
Prior to the Required Opening Date, the franchisee (or the Operating Principal) and the Designated Manager must complete the Initial Training Program. This program, determined by Southern Steer, can last up to two weeks and must be completed no later than 30 days before the scheduled Required Opening Date. The training takes place at Southern Steer's headquarters or another designated location.
The franchisee is required to meet minimum gross revenues for each 12-month period commencing on the Required Opening Date. This date is therefore a critical milestone, triggering both operational and financial obligations for the franchisee. The franchisee must also execute a lease that complies with the terms outlined in the franchise agreement within 90 days after the Effective Date.
