What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Southern Steer's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, they offer on-site grand opening assistance. Specifically, Southern Steer will provide on-site grand opening assistance for up to two weeks after the franchisee opens their Southern Steer Business. However, the franchisee is solely responsible for training their employees.
In addition to the two weeks of grand opening assistance, Southern Steer also provides up to three trainers for on-site opening assistance for up to 10 days. This on-site assistance generally takes place immediately prior to and during the grand opening at the Southern Steer Business. The franchisee is required to pay an On-Site Assistance Fee prior to receiving this assistance.
These two forms of assistance are distinct. The first is provided for up to two weeks after opening, while the second involves up to three trainers for up to 10 days around the grand opening. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the scope and timing of each type of assistance, as well as any associated fees, to properly plan for their grand opening.
