Franchisee may be notified of such changes by any method, including but not limited to, e mail, posting the changes to an Intranet, mail, teleconference or facsimile.
Franchisee will be responsible for any updates and changes set out in the Brand Manual, and will modify its operations of the Southern Steer Business to implement all such required changes, additions and supplements reflected in the Manual at Franchisee cost within the time period specified by Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, Southern Steer may notify franchisees of changes to the Brand Manual through various methods. These methods include email, posting changes to an Intranet, mail, teleconference, or facsimile. It is the franchisee's responsibility to stay informed of these changes and to update their operations to align with the updated Brand Manual, bearing any associated costs.
Southern Steer franchisees are expected to monitor their email and any System intranet frequently to stay informed of new developments to the Brand Manual and System standards. Franchisees must adhere to the standards, specifications, formats, processes, requirements, instructions, and procedures outlined by Southern Steer in the Brand Manual or otherwise communicated to them, as these are considered provisions of the Franchise Agreement. Failure to comply with these standards constitutes a breach of the agreement.
Given the potential for modifications, changes, deletions, and alterations to the Brand Manual and System standards, Southern Steer franchisees should be prepared to make additional expenditures to implement these changes. Franchisees are required to cooperate with Southern Steer and communicate directly with them, including notifying Southern Steer of any changes to their business or personal contact information within 10 days of such change.
