You are responsible for doing Your own market research, finding a qualified agent, and selecting the location, subject to Our approval, for Your Southern Steer Business.

Our consent to a particular Site is not Our endorsement of any particular Site, nor will it constitute a warranty by Us as to the future success of the Southern Steer Business at the Site. (see Section 5.2 of the Franchise Agreement).
