What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in quality assurance monitoring programs. Southern Steer mandates that franchisees take part in any quality assurance monitoring programs the company specifies. These programs may include telephonic or electronic customer polling, or on-site "secret shopper" programs.
Southern Steer franchisees are responsible for covering the expenses associated with participating in these quality assurance programs. Additionally, franchisees must share the results of these monitoring programs with Southern Steer.
This requirement ensures that Southern Steer maintains consistent quality and service standards across all franchise locations. By participating in these programs, franchisees contribute to upholding the brand's reputation and customer satisfaction. The cost of participation is an important factor for prospective franchisees to consider when evaluating the financial aspects of the franchise.
