Is a Southern Steer franchisee allowed to assist another business to franchise activities similar to Southern Steer?

According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, Southern Steer franchisees have limited rights regarding involvement with other businesses. The franchisee must use the Franchised Location solely for operating a Southern Steer Business and cannot operate or engage in any other business or activity from that location. Additionally, franchisees cannot participate in dual branding programs or any program that uses another trademark, service mark, trade name, or commercial symbol in connection with their Southern Steer Business or at the Franchised Location. This means Southern Steer can engage in activities that might seem competitive or similar to other businesses, but the franchisee is restricted from doing so.
