What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Southern Steer Franchise Disclosure Document, dual branding is not permitted. The franchise agreement stipulates that a franchisee must operate solely as a Southern Steer Business at the franchised location.
This restriction means a franchisee cannot combine the Southern Steer brand with any other business or brand. This includes using another trademark, service mark, trade name, or commercial symbol in connection with the Southern Steer Business or at the franchised location.
This policy ensures brand consistency and prevents customer confusion. A prospective franchisee should be aware of this restriction and plan to dedicate the franchised location exclusively to the Southern Steer brand.
