What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Southern Steer's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the invoice for the On-Site Assistance Fee, which ranges from $10,000 to $10,000, is provided after the franchisee satisfactorily completes the Initial Training Program. This fee covers the cost of up to three trainers providing on-site assistance for up to 10 days, typically around the grand opening.
For a prospective Southern Steer franchisee, this means that payment for the on-site assistance is not required until after the initial training is completed. This allows the franchisee to assess the value of the training before being invoiced for the on-site support.
It is important for franchisees to successfully complete the training program to ensure they receive the invoice for the on-site assistance, which is a crucial component of the initial support provided by Southern Steer. Franchisees should clarify what constitutes satisfactory completion of the training program to avoid any potential delays or issues with the invoicing process.
