We do business under the name Punch King Fitness and no other names. A Punch King Fitness franchised business offers HITT boxing and kickboxing training, personal fitness training, nutritional services, and functional fitness training. We offer the franchises under the form of a franchise agreement attached to this disclosure document (the "Franchise Agreement").
As a Punch King Fitness franchisee, you will use specialized business formats and systems called the "System," which we may modify, supplement, and update. You will use certain trademarks and other commercial symbols referring to the Punch King Fitness brand, products, and services, which we call the
"Marks." Punch King Fitness Franchised Businesses must provide all and only Punch King Fitness products and services unless we consent in writing.
