What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Punch King Fitness requires that any new Designated Manager meets the then-current training requirements and receives approval from Punch King Fitness. If a franchisee's Designated Manager or Franchised Business Manager leaves their position, the franchisee must appoint a new Designated Manager within 45 days.
Punch King Fitness retains the right to assess any personnel trained by the franchisee and mandate their participation in and successful completion of the initial training programs at a location designated by Punch King Fitness. This ensures that all personnel involved in the operation of the Punch King Fitness franchise adhere to the brand's standards and procedures.
This requirement ensures that replacement personnel are adequately trained and capable of maintaining Punch King Fitness's standards. As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand the time and financial commitments associated with training replacement personnel, including potential fees for refresher or additional training, as well as the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, wages, and worker's compensation insurance for the attendees.
