What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Punch King Fitness does not select or hire employees for your franchised business. However, Punch King Fitness does approve the Designated Manager of your Franchised Business. This means the responsibility of finding, hiring, training, and managing employees falls solely on the franchisee.
As the franchisee, you will have full control over the hiring process, allowing you to choose individuals who you believe will best represent the Punch King Fitness brand and provide excellent service to your customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your employees are properly trained and adhere to Punch King Fitness's standards and procedures.
While Punch King Fitness does not directly assist with hiring, they do provide initial and ongoing training for staff and managers, which can be beneficial in equipping your employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Additionally, the franchisor may organize an annual conference for all Punch King Fitness franchisees and staff, providing further opportunities for training and development.
