According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, while franchisees are not required to participate personally in the direct operations of the franchised business, Punch King Fitness strongly recommends that they do so. However, Punch King Fitness does require that franchisees maintain a designated full-time on-premise manager who is approved by them. This manager must devote their full-time and energy to the operation and successfully complete the initial training program. This intervention ensures the continuity of the business and protects the Punch King Fitness system's value. All revenue derived during this period will be for the franchisee's account, with Punch King Fitness covering expenses and liabilities from that revenue, including compensation for their representatives.
