What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Punch King Fitness has the right to transfer or assign all or any part of its rights and/or obligations to any person or legal entity, including a subfranchisor specifically responsible for assisting the franchisee. The franchisee agrees to execute any forms that Punch King Fitness may reasonably request to effectuate any transfer or assignment by Punch King Fitness.
This means that Punch King Fitness can transfer its responsibilities under the franchise agreement to another party. This could be another company, an individual, or even a subfranchisor who will then be responsible for supporting the franchisee.
