9. We loan or make a copy of the Punch King Fitness Operating Manual, which is confidential and will remain our property. We may modify the Operating Manual from time to time. (Section XIV of the Franchise Agreement). The table of contents is listed in EXHIBIT J. The operating manual has approximately a total of 142 pages.
