10. We loan or make any updates and changes to the Punch King Fitness Operating Manual (Section XV of the Franchise Agreement).
9. We loan or make a copy of the Punch King Fitness Operating Manual, which is confidential and will remain our property. We may modify the Operating Manual from time to time.
