What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is non-refundable. Specifically, Note 5 of the document states that franchisees are obligated to pay a non-refundable initial franchise fee to Punch King Fitness.
This means that once a franchisee pays the initial franchise fee to Punch King Fitness, they will not receive a refund of this fee under any circumstances. This is a standard practice in franchising, as the initial fee covers the franchisor's costs for granting the franchise, providing initial training, and setting up the franchisee with the Punch King Fitness system.
Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this non-refundable aspect before investing in a Punch King Fitness franchise. It is important to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure that they are fully committed to the franchise opportunity before paying the initial fee.
