Franchisee agrees to promptly execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Franchisor any and all such documents as may be required to carry out Franchisee's obligations hereunder.
- 11. Franchisee does hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint Franchisor as the true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent for Franchisee to carry out Franchisee's obligations under this Section.
The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement.
