What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wishes to relocate their Punch King Fitness Training Facility, they are required to retain a licensed architect. The FDD states that for site relocation, the new site must meet Punch King Fitness's current site requirements.
In addition to retaining a licensed architect, Punch King Fitness requires franchisees to have the site approved by them, adhere to their building specifications for the real property space, and submit design plans for review. Furthermore, franchisees must obtain a feasibility study prepared by a qualified third party.
It's important to note that the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Punch King Fitness for any costs and expenses incurred during the relocation review and approval process, which is referred to as a relocation fee. This comprehensive process ensures that the relocated Punch King Fitness Training Facility meets the franchisor's standards and maintains brand consistency.
