A list of the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all Punch King Fitness franchisees is attached to this disclosure document as EXHIBIT H. A list of the names, last known home addresses, and telephone numbers of every Punch King Fitness franchise that has had their franchise terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the Franchise Agreement during the most recently completed fiscal year, or who has not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the date of this disclosure document, is attached to this disclosure document as EXHIBIT H. If you buy this franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the franchise system. During the last three (3) fiscal years, no current or former franchisees have signed confidentiality clauses that restrict them from discussing with you their experiences as a franchisee in our franchise system.
