What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will provide on-site evaluations in response to a franchisee's request for site approval. However, Punch King Fitness will not conduct an on-site evaluation until it receives a completed site approval package (SAP) from the franchisee.
If Punch King Fitness deems an on-site evaluation necessary and appropriate, it will conduct up to two on-site evaluations at no charge if the franchise is the first Punch King Fitness location developed by the franchisee. If the franchisee has previously opened a Punch King Fitness franchise, Punch King Fitness will conduct one on-site evaluation at no charge.
This policy ensures that Punch King Fitness has sufficient information about the proposed site before committing resources to an on-site evaluation. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must compile a comprehensive SAP to initiate the site approval process and potentially receive on-site evaluation assistance from Punch King Fitness.
