Punch King Fitness Sunset, Inc. owned by our CEO, King Lei, our CEO; Punch King Fitness Sunset, Inc., owned by Jeff Wallace, our Director of Operations; our affiliate, Punch King Fitness CMCH, LLC; and 299 Bassett Punch King, LLC, owned by Mauricio Mejia, our President have operated businesses like the Punch King Fitness franchises being offered in this disclosure document since September 2021, July 2022, and November 2022, respectively.
The Punch King Fitness marks are owned by King Lei, our CEO.

We do not conduct business in any other line of business or offer franchises in any other line of business. We are not currently an approved supplier to our franchisees.
