According to Punch King Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the national convention is mandatory for franchisees. The document states that Punch King Fitness will host national conventions at times and locations of their choosing, and franchisees must attend.
Franchisees are responsible for covering all costs associated with attending the national convention, including travel, lodging, and other related expenses. In addition to the national convention, Punch King Fitness may require franchisees to attend other additional training programs, with the franchisee bearing the costs for these as well.
The FDD also lists a fee for additional training and conventions. This fee is $500 per day plus travel expenses for additional onsite support. There is also a $500 fee per attendee of additional training, national conventions, and for new or replacement managers to attend the initial training. This clarifies the potential costs associated with mandatory attendance at the Punch King Fitness national convention.
