Training Program.

We provide a tuition-free initial Punch King Fitness training program, which includes orientation to the Punch King Fitness, Inc. system, customer service, operational management, financial management, computer software use, advertising, and marketing and reporting procedures. The training lasts up to 2 weeks or less, depending on your current experience level. It is currently held at our Cape May Court House, San Jose, California, or New Jersey or virtual location, but we may hold the training at one of our other locations in the future. Instructional materials may include manuals, videos, scripts, and PowerPoint presentations. Training is not scheduled regularly but will be offered to you before the opening of your Franchised Business. You and your Franchised Business Designated Manager must attend and successfully complete the initial training 30 days before the opening of the Franchised Business to our satisfaction. You must pay for all travel, lodging, and other costs of initial training attendance. After that, we may charge a fee for attendance at the initial training for new and replacement managers. Our current fee for a replacement and new managers is $500 per attendee.
