Upon the opening of your fifth franchised Pump It Up Business, we reserve the right to require you to utilize a "Multi-Unit Manager" (which may be you or your Operating Principal).
The Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of the Franchised Business and your other franchised Pump It Up Businesses (also see Section 14.D above).

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Pump It Up reserves the right to require franchisees to utilize a Multi-Unit Manager upon the opening of their fifth franchised Pump It Up Business. This Multi-Unit Manager can be the franchisee themselves or their Operating Principal.

This requirement is in place to ensure that each location is properly managed and that the overall quality of the Pump It Up brand is maintained across all of the franchisee's locations.
