What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Pump It Up reserves the right to require franchisees to utilize a Multi-Unit Manager upon the opening of their fifth franchised Pump It Up Business. This Multi-Unit Manager can be the franchisee themselves or their Operating Principal.

The Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the franchised business and the franchisee's other Pump It Up locations. This implies that Pump It Up believes a dedicated manager becomes necessary to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency as a franchisee expands their business.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that as they grow and add more Pump It Up locations, they should be prepared to either take on the role of Multi-Unit Manager themselves or hire someone to fulfill that role. This requirement is in place to ensure that each location is properly managed and that the overall quality of the Pump It Up brand is maintained across all of the franchisee's locations.
