What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee needs to train replacement managerial personnel, they have two options. First, the replacement personnel can attend the next training program offered by Pump It Up. Alternatively, the replacement personnel can be trained by the franchisee's own training personnel. Pump It Up may require that any replacement managerial personnel satisfactorily complete their training programs within 90 days of being designated as managerial personnel.
This requirement ensures that all managerial staff, even those brought in as replacements, meet Pump It Up's standards for operating a franchise. By mandating training within 90 days, Pump It Up aims to maintain consistent quality and operational practices across all franchise locations.
The franchisee bears the responsibility of ensuring the replacement manager is adequately trained through one of the two approved methods. This flexibility allows franchisees to choose the most suitable training option based on their circumstances, whether it's leveraging Pump It Up's formal program or utilizing their internal training resources.
