You may not change the Operating Principal without our prior written consent.

  • (2) The Operating Principal must successfully complete our initial training program and any additional training that we require.

Those System Standards are promulgated by us from time to time in the Manuals or otherwise in written or oral communications to you.

  • (3) If the Operating Principal can no longer fulfill its obligations, you must designate another qualified person to act as Operating Principal within 30 days after the date the prior Operating Principal ceases to be qualified.

Your designee to become the Operating Principal must successfully complete our initial training program and any additional training we require within 30 days after being designated as your Operating Principal.

Pump It Up reserves the right to charge reasonable registration or other fees for additional or periodic training and any training materials provided, even if the franchisee fails to attend.
