- (2) "TC" means our training center located at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The training includes on-the-job training at a Pump It Up facility or at any location we may specify, including virtual training as designated by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the Pump It Up training center (TC) is located at the company's headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. However, the training may also include on-the-job training at a Pump It Up facility or any other location that Pump It Up specifies, including virtual training.
This means that new Pump It Up franchisees will likely need to travel to Phoenix, Arizona, for at least part of their initial training. Franchisees are responsible for all travel, living, and other expenses incurred while attending training. Pump It Up also reserves the right to modify the training program at any time, including offering it virtually.
Pump It Up franchisees must complete the initial training program before opening their franchise. If a franchisee fails to complete the training program successfully, they may repeat the program or send a substitute. Pump It Up may charge a tuition fee for substitute or additional employees who attend the initial training program.
