In addition to other registered trademarks, our parent FB Holdings, LLC registered the following Marks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO") on the Principal Register, and all required affidavits of continued use and renewals have been filed, or will be filed when due, and accepted:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the trademarks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). Pump It Up's parent company, FB Holdings, LLC, has registered several marks on the Principal Register. Prospective franchisees should be aware that while FB Holdings, LLC intends to renew some or all Marks if they remain important to the Pump It Up brand, the franchisor may modify or discontinue using any Mark and/or use one or more additional or substitute trade or service marks. If Pump It Up decides to have a franchisee modify or discontinue using any Mark and/or use any additional marks, the franchisee will comply with Pump It Up's directions, at their own expense, within a reasonable time after receiving notice.
