How is the start date of the Pump It Up Initial Term defined?

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial term of the Franchise Agreement begins on the Effective Date. The Initial Term extends until midnight on the day preceding the 10th anniversary of when the franchised business first opens. Unless the agreement is terminated earlier according to Section 19, the agreement lasts for this duration. Pump It Up will also record the date that the Franchised Business first opened.
