What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Multi-Unit Manager can be the franchisee themselves or the Operating Principal. Pump It Up reserves the right to require a franchisee to utilize a Multi-Unit Manager upon the opening of their fifth franchised Pump It Up Business.
The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the Franchised Business and the franchisee's other Pump It Up Businesses. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring that all locations operate efficiently and in compliance with Pump It Up's standards.
For prospective franchisees, this means that as they expand and open more locations, they may need to take on the role of Multi-Unit Manager themselves or designate a qualified individual for this position. This requirement ensures that Pump It Up maintains consistent quality and operational standards across all franchised locations, especially as a franchisee's business grows.
