- (3) You agree to send to us, upon our request, construction plans, specifications and/or other plans for our review before you begin constructing the Franchised Business, and all revised or "as built" plans and specifications during construction. We reserve the right to visit and inspect the Premises during construction to confirm your compliance with your obligations described in this section.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to prepare a site survey and all required construction plans and specifications to suit the Premises and to make sure that these plans and specifications comply with the ADA and similar rules governing public accommodations for persons with disabilities, other applicable ordinances, building codes, permit requirements, and Lease requirements and restrictions.
To facilitate this process, Pump It Up requires franchisees to submit construction plans, specifications, and other relevant documents for review before construction begins. Additionally, franchisees must provide revised or "as built" plans and specifications during construction, upon request. This allows Pump It Up to monitor progress and ensure that any necessary adjustments are made to maintain compliance with their standards. The franchisee bears the expense of developing the Franchised Business at the Premises, securing all financing and/or funding required to develop and operate the Franchised Business, procuring insurance coverage, obtaining all required permits and licenses, constructing all required improvements to the Premises and furnish and decorate the Franchised Business according to approved plans and specifications, and obtaining all customary contractors' sworn statements and partial and final waivers of lien for construction, remodeling, decorating, and installation services.
