What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has the discretion to provide opening assistance virtually. Pump It Up may provide opening assistance to the franchisee (or their Operating Principal) and managerial personnel via video conference or other online or virtual means. This opening assistance may include up to three days of on-site training. However, Pump It Up reserves the right to modify this opening assistance in any manner, including reducing or increasing the number of days and/or times of training.

Pump It Up details that opening training is completed at the franchisee's location during the "Soft Opening," which is the period up to three days prior to opening to the public and up to the first two days the Franchised Business is open to the public. During this time, a training representative from Pump It Up may visit the Franchised Business to review the day-to-day operations.

If a franchisee reschedules the opening of the Franchised Business, they must reimburse Pump It Up for any travel costs incurred in changing the travel schedules of their personnel. If the franchisee requests, and Pump It Up agrees to provide, additional or special guidance, assistance, or training during this opening phase, the franchisee must pay Pump It Up's then applicable charges, including fees for their personnel and their travel and living expenses.
