What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor currently does not charge a Support Fee. However, Pump It Up reserves the right to charge a Support Fee in the future. The maximum Support Fee that Pump It Up may charge is $1,000 per month or $150 per hour, whichever is greater.
This Support Fee, if implemented, would be for help desk support. Pump It Up would deduct this fee from the franchisee's business checking account through an automatic, electronic debit.
It is important to note that while a Support Fee is not currently charged, Pump It Up retains the right to implement it. Prospective franchisees should consider this potential future expense when evaluating the financial feasibility of a Pump It Up franchise.
