  • (9) Provide opening assistance to you at the Franchised Business. This assistance may include up to three days of on-site training for you (or your Operating Principal) and the managerial personnel (the individuals managing the day-to-day operations) of the Franchised Business. We reserve the right to modify this opening assistance in any manner, including reducing or increasing the number of days and/or times of training. According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, Pump It Up provides opening assistance to franchisees, which may include up to three days of on-site training. During this soft opening period, a Pump It Up training representative may visit the franchise to review daily operations. Franchisees are not required to pay additional travel or living expenses for the Pump It Up representative during this time. However, if the franchisee reschedules the opening, they must reimburse Pump It Up for any travel costs incurred due to changes in personnel travel schedules. If the franchisee requests additional or special guidance, assistance, or training during the opening phase, and Pump It Up agrees to provide it, the franchisee must pay Pump It Up's applicable charges, including fees for personnel, travel, and living expenses.
