ks, logos, insignias, slogans, emblems, symbols and designs (collectively, "Marks"), which we have designated, or may in the future designate, for use with the System. The Marks are owned by our parent company, FB Holdings, LLC, and are licensed to us for use in the System.

This means that as a Pump It Up franchisee, you are granted the right to operate a Pump It Up business using their established brand, operational methods, and trademarks. However, this right comes with the responsibility to adhere to Pump It Up's standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all franchise locations. The franchisee must maintain the confidentiality of the System Standards, as they constitute Pump It Up's confidential trade secrets. The franchise agreement lasts for an initial term of 10 years, with the option to renew if certain conditions are met.
