Can the Pump It Up franchisor modify the training program at any time?

According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor retains the right to modify the training program at any time. The franchisor may also require franchisees (or their Operating Principal) to attend and complete various training courses periodically, which can include conventions, regional meetings, and conferences. These courses may be held in person or virtually, at the franchisor's discretion.
