Can the Pump It Up franchisee use the software at any location?

According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the software provided to franchisees can only be used at approved locations. Pump It Up grants franchisees a nonexclusive, nonassignable license to use specific computer programs (the "Software") in object code form, as listed in the software license schedule.

The FDD specifies that franchisees must use the software only in the operation of the Pump It Up system, and only at the location indicated in the franchise agreement or other locations approved or designated in writing by Pump It Up.
