Can the franchisee translate the Pump It Up Software?

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from translating the software used in their business operations. The agreement states that franchisees "may not modify, copy, translate or reproduce in any form all or any part of the Software without the prior written consent of Franchisor." This restriction is in place to protect the integrity and uniformity of the Pump It Up system.

This stipulation ensures that the software remains consistent across all franchise locations, maintaining brand consistency and preventing unauthorized alterations.
