What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Pump It Up retains a third-party application service provider to provide service and support for the benefit of the franchisee or all Pump It Up franchised businesses, the franchisee will pay a service or ASP hosting fee to Pump It Up or to their third-party provider.
The ASP Fees, if any, will be detailed in the Manuals. Currently, Pump It Up does not charge an ASP Hosting Fee; however, they reserve the right to charge up to $650 per month for the ASP Hosting Fee in the future.
This means that as a Pump It Up franchisee, you may be required to pay an ASP fee, but it is not currently being charged. If it is implemented in the future, the fee could be up to $650 per month. The payment would be made either to Pump It Up or directly to the third-party service provider they designate. It is important to consult the Pump It Up manuals for specific details on when and how this fee might be applied.
