What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Pump It Up Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can find information regarding the operation of the franchised business in the manuals. Pump It Up will allow franchisees access to the manuals in any medium they decide. The manuals consist of materials such as audiotapes, videotapes, computer software, written materials, online documentation, recorded virtual webinars, and live webinars.

The manuals contain mandatory and suggested specifications, best practices, standards, operating procedures, general guidance, ongoing advice, and consultation, including the Pump It Up System Standards. These materials prescribe or recommend practices for the operation of a Pump It Up Business and information relating to the franchisee's obligations under the franchise agreement. Franchisees must follow the standards, specifications, and operating procedures that Pump It Up establishes periodically for the Pump It Up System, as described in the manuals and in any other written communications provided.

Pump It Up also provides ongoing advice and consultation to franchisees regarding the operation of the franchised business. This guidance is furnished in the manuals, bulletins, emails, written materials, online sources, telephone conversations, virtual webinars, and consultations at the Pump It Up office, a Pump It Up business, or any other location, including virtually. While the FDD specifies that the manuals contain information regarding the operation of the franchised business, it does not specifically state that crisis management information is included in the manuals.
