NOTES FOR TABLE NOS. 1-3:
- (1) The numbers for 2022-2024 are as of December 31 of each year.
- (2) The franchisees that transferred Pump It Up Businesses are identified in Exhibit I.
- (3) Exhibit I includes a list of all franchisees who have signed a Franchise Agreement, but who have not yet opened a Franchised Business.
- (4) Exhibit I includes a list of the name, address and telephone number of the franchisees who had a Franchise Agreement terminated, canceled or not renewed or who otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under a Franchise Agreement (including any transfer) during our last fiscal year or who have not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this disclosure document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisees who transferred their Pump It Up businesses between 2022 and 2024 are listed in Exhibit I. This exhibit is referenced in the notes for Table Nos. 1-3 within Item 20 of the FDD.
Exhibit I generally provides a comprehensive list of all Pump It Up franchisees who have signed a Franchise Agreement. It also includes those who haven't yet opened a franchised business. This exhibit further contains contact information, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers, for franchisees as of December 31, 2024.
In addition to current franchisees, Exhibit I lists former franchisees who had their agreements terminated, canceled, or not renewed, or who otherwise ceased operations, including those who transferred their businesses. This information is included for those who exited the system during the last fiscal year or who have not communicated with Pump It Up within 10 weeks of the FDD's issuance date. Therefore, a prospective franchisee can consult Exhibit I to identify and potentially contact former Pump It Up franchisees who have transferred their businesses to gain insights into their experiences.
