What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may adjust the initial franchise fee of $30,000 if they believe it is warranted. Pump It Up does not have a set formula for these adjustments, and each potential franchisee is evaluated individually.

Factors that Pump It Up may consider include the franchisee's experience level, whether the franchisee has worked with Pump It Up or its affiliates before, if the franchisee is leaving another franchise system, and any other unique circumstances that the franchisee may present.

Pump It Up retains the right to choose not to negotiate the initial franchise fee, even if a franchisee has similar characteristics to someone who received a modified agreement. Pump It Up also has the right to waive the initial franchise fee entirely, at their discretion. This means that the initial franchise fee can range from $0 to $30,000, as shown in Item 5 and Item 7 of the FDD.
