If you are an Entity, you must provide us with true, correct, and fully executed copies of your organizational and governing documents ("Governing Documents").
These Governing Documents should be provided to us no later than your execution of this Agreement.
If your Governing Documents are modified or changed, you must promptly provide copies of the modified and/or changed documents to us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership (collectively referred to as an "Entity"), they must provide Pump It Up with true, correct, and fully executed copies of their organizational and governing documents.
The FDD specifies that these governing documents must be provided to Pump It Up no later than the execution of the Franchise Agreement. This requirement ensures that Pump It Up has a clear understanding of the franchisee's organizational structure and the legal framework under which they operate.
Furthermore, the FDD states that if the franchisee's governing documents are modified or changed at any point, they must promptly provide copies of the modified and/or changed documents to Pump It Up.
